FAQ
- All sales are final. I don't offer returns, but I will issue a refund if your order arrives damaged. Please reach out with photo evidence.
- Orders will be processed within 7 days.
- Pre-orders can take 6-8 weeks to complete.
- All pots are microwave, dishwasher, and oven safe. To avoid thermal shock, allow bakers & pie plates to come to room temperature before placing them in a hot oven.
- I personally recommend hand washing only.
