FAQ
- All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, I will issue you a full refund once you ship the item back to me. Please reach out with photo evidence.
- Orders will be processed within 7 days.
- Pre-orders can take 6-8 weeks to complete.
- All pots are microwave, dishwasher, and oven safe. To avoid thermal shock, allow bakers & pie plates to come to room temperature before placing them in a hot oven.
- I personally recommend hand washing only.
